Delivery

We deliver most of our large appliances such as washing machines and fridge freezers ourselves using our own delivery vans and employees. These items are delivered free of charge within the following postcodes: BS1-BS29, BS48, BS49, TA8 & TA9. If you live outside these postcodes, please call us at 01934 235060, as we will be able to provide a delivery quote. If you require a two-man delivery, please select this in the shopping cart.

Please be aware we have not seen your property; we do not know the layout or the design of the location that you wish us to deliver to. If you are unsure whether you require a 2-man delivery, you may speak to one of the team on 01934 235060 and they will be happy to advise.

We cannot allow you to help with the delivery due to health and safety.

If our driver deems the delivery location not to be satisfactory or that they or our property are at risk, we can either leave the item at the curb side for you to locate yourself, or we can return with two men once our re-delivery charge has been paid.
